Where is Sadie Then Ty located?

All products are handmade with love and shipped from sunny California.

What is your store's exchange/ return policy?

Due to the custom handmade nature of our items there are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES FINAL. Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if item does not fit or there is a flaw in our garments. 

You must email me within 3 days of item being delivered (which I can verify through tracking). I then will email you a form you must fill out and include with your package. Exchanges will only be made with SAME style of clothing, with same color/pattern.

Please note there may be slight variations in pattern placement/color. Exchanges may only be considered if item shows no visible sign of wear/tear and is considered new. Tags bust be attached in original spot. The merchandise present state should be unworn to be considered for any exchange. Sadie Then Ty has the right to refuse exchange/refund, and is subject to request proof of defect.

How does your clothing fit?

We run pretty true to size, possibly big. It is best to refer to the sizing chart for more accurate measurement and fit. A size chart is located at the heading of the website for your convenience or on each individual listing. 

How long till my order is shipped?

Please allow 2-6 weeks for processing with ship time NOT included. During new season debuts and first drops, times may vary upon the load. We ship USPS first class. If you need rushed processing and expedited shipping, there is an option to purchase for on our website.

What are your policies on your sample sale site?

Unless stated, these items are ready to ship. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipment. All sample sale orders are FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we currently ship to Australia and the UK. Our ship rate is a flat fare. If shipping is more, we will require the customer to cover the remaining balance. We ship first class which includes tracking. Any tariffs and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, undelivered items. Buyers assumes all risk. If you would like priority and signature confirmation, rates are higher. How do you ship USA orders? Will I be notified my order has shipped?

We ship to the address provided via Paypal. Once you check out and submit order, I CANNOT change your address. Please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out.

Domestic orders ship via USPS first class. This service carries no insurance. You must email me at to add insurance.

Once shipped, you will get an automatic email thru my shipping database, alongside tracking number to anticipate your package.

Shipping Disclaimer: Sadie Then Ty is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Delayed scanning on USPS part is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises. Please allow 48 hours for USPS to update their tracking. What you see on their site is what I see. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations.

Can I rush my order?

We do have a "RUSH PROCESSING" option for an additional charge if you need your item sooner. Rush orders will be processed with 3-5 business days time frame. During high volume times, e.g. beginning of season drops, rush times will vary and can take up to 7-10 days.

Can I cancel an order?

If your would like to cancel an order, it MUST be done within 24 hours of placing your order, otherwise the handmade process has begun. Please note that these are FINAL SALE which means NO returns or exchanges. It is best to gift/or resell.

My package says "delivered" but I never received my item, what should I do?

If your tracking says delivered, and you have no item, you must call USPS. Once item leaves our premises, we are no longer responsible.

I bought an item yesterday, can you combine or refund my shipping?

Unfortunately, due to the heavy volume of orders, once order is placed I cannot combine a new order with another. All orders placed at same time will be shipped together. Refunds on shipping will not be made.

How do I care for my item?

All items must be HAND WASHED IN COLD WATER AND HUNG TO DRY. OR DRY CLEAN ONLY IF STATED. Our pieces are made by hand and must be handled with care. Belts and other accessories are to be wiped with a damp cloth, never laundered.

I sent an email, how long does it take to get a response?

We do our best to reply to emails promptly in a timely manner, however please do allow 48-72 hours turn around time for a reply. Email correspondence will be attended to weekdays during normal business hours.
