You must send back item within 10 days of receiving. The item must be in original condition with tags and included all original packaging.
Exchanges will be fulfilled as items are available. If your item/size is not available we will grant you store credit which can be used towards another item in our shop, less shipping costs. Per our shop policies we DO NOT return items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded for exchanges.
**If our shipping team sent you the wrong item, please email us directly. I will not refund any shipping amount if you choose to send back on your own. You must use a label sent by me.
TO EXCHANGE your item:
1. Go to our website and find the listing "EXCHANGE SHIPPING COST" You must pay for the shipping of your return package. We cannot process an exchange without shipping costs paid.
2. Then include the information below with the package you send back to us (you can either print this information out OR handwrite it)
